Every trip on this page runs with 8 to 14 travelers and one named coordinator who stays with the group from the meeting point to the final drop-off. We depart from Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, and each package lists its exact meeting point, the travel leg and the arrival window before you book.

Pricing is never a lump sum you have to reverse-engineer. Transport, accommodation, festival transfers, the coordinator fee and the service fee appear as separate line items on every package. Meals, personal expenses and travel insurance stay outside the total.

Inclusions and exclusions

Each small-group package is priced per person and broken into line items: transport, accommodation, coordinator fee and service fee. This is exactly what the price covers, and what you pay for yourself.

  • Return transport from your chosen departure city, with the meeting point confirmed before booking.
  • Accommodation vetted by our team: verified hosts, checked locations and confirmed check-in times.
  • A named coordinator for your trip, reachable before departure and on the ground.
  • Access to the 24/7 trip line for logistics questions such as delays, lost documents or meeting points.
  • Group transfers between the accommodation and the festival area on arrival and departure days.
  • Pre-trip planning pack: packing list, route notes and a day-by-day group schedule.

Not included

  • Travel insurance. Cover is required in practice, and you arrange and pay for your own policy.
  • Meals, drinks and any alcohol-related nightlife spending.
  • Personal expenses: souvenirs, extra transport, SIM cards and optional add-ons.
  • Passport, visa or ID document costs.
  • Anything listed as an add-on during checkout.

All travellers must be 18 or older at departure. The legal drinking age in Ukraine applies to any bar or club element of the trip. Prices can change. A confirmed deposit is what holds your place.

Every figure on this page is a per-person estimate, with transport, accommodation, coordinator fee and service fee listed separately.

  1. Prices may change. Fares, fuel and hotel rates move with the season. We send your final total in writing before you pay anything.
  2. Availability is not guaranteed until the deposit is confirmed. A seat is held only once the deposit clears, so until then another traveller can take it.
  3. Meals and extras are separate. Meals, personal spending and travel insurance are excluded. See inclusions and exclusions.
