These terms govern use of cyromar.com and trip bookings under Ukrainian law.
1. Provider
cyromar.com is operated by PE cyromar.com, EDRPOU 50483471, Business Center Eurasia, 75 Zhylyanska Street, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine. Contact: contact@cyromar.com, +380 930 805 2322.
2. Orders
Orders are electronic commerce transactions under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015. You get clear terms and a confirmation before purchase.
3. Tourism services
Services are provided under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995. Tour operator activity is licensed under Закон України «Про ліцензування видів господарської діяльності» № 222-VIII від 02.03.2015; travel agency activity is not. Operator details are in your booking documents; itinerary, dates, price and duties are disclosed before purchase.
4. Prices, rights and advertising
Prices and terms appear before checkout. Your rights are protected by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991. Advertising of licensed services includes license number, date and issuer per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996.
5. Age, cancellation, liability
You must be 18+ to book; minors travel with a parent or guardian. Cancellation terms appear before confirmation. Liability is limited as allowed by law.
6. Data, cookies, language
Personal data: Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 4121-IX від 17.12.2024. Cookies: prior consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX від 16.12.2020. Ukrainian-language info per Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019.
7. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@cyromar.com or +380 930 805 2322. We respond within the timeframes of Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991. Disputes are resolved under Ukrainian law.
