What happens next
Requests sent from this page go straight to the coordinator who actually runs the trip, not to a shared inbox. We read them Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 20:00 Kyiv time, and every request gets an answer within one working day.
Your coordinator confirms the dates, the group size and the current per-person price, with the transport, accommodation, coordinator fee and service fee shown as separate line items.
If the dates work, we send a payment link. A deposit of 2 500 UAH reserves your place, and the balance is due 14 days before departure. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days out.
From that point you get the name and phone number of your trip coordinator, plus a 24/7 trip line for urgent logistics once the group is on the road.
All travelers must be 18 or older. The trip line covers logistics only and is not an emergency service.
